My name is Uwe Joorde and I live in Unna, Germany. For all friends and acquaintances, who haven't seen me for a long time, here is the short version of "What has happened so far - The last 20 years" After almost ten years as a software developer in the R&D department of MAUELL GmbH, I came to UUNET (after Worldcom Crash Verizon) after a short stopover at NRWNET GmbH. Since 2002 I have been working at IP Backbone Engineering at DeutscheTelekom. I continue to torture my guitars, my wife has been helping me with it since 1993. ;-)
